One Condition Changed

Arrange one shade tree and two benches in a bright desert neighborhood courtyard. Keep a real route to drinking water and shade both seats; then rearrange when the sun changes sides.

Rules

  1. Each courtyard has six columns, five rows, one tree and two benches. Place all three objects, keep a route from the entrance to the water, and shade both benches.
How it works: One tree casts shade away from the sun. Both benches are shaded, while the trunk and benches leave a walkable route from the entrance to the water.
  2. Choose an object and tap an empty tile. You can also select an object already on the board, then move it. Take back returns the selected object to the tray. Objects cannot overlap or occupy walls, the entrance or the water point.
  3. Walking connects empty tiles up, down, left and right, never diagonally. Trunks, benches and fixed walls block walking; hatched blue shade does not.
  4. Shade points away from the sun: one, two and three tiles forward, plus one tile to each side of the second tile. Off-board shade is ignored. Low walls do not cut off the high canopy’s projection, but still block walking.
  5. After the first check passes, only the sun reverses. Every object stays put while the shade changes. Choose Rearrange, shade both benches again and keep the route open. Complete both phases to continue to another courtyard.
  6. Undo affects this phase only. Reset restores its starting arrangement; phase two starts with your own completed phase-one layout. Replay scene in the pause menu starts with an empty courtyard.
  7. Arrow keys move the board cursor, Enter places, and C checks. Tab reaches buttons. Change keys in the pause settings; conflicts are reported. Physical board and sun directions stay the same in Arabic.
  8. Pause, rules and leaving the tab suspend input. Volume and reduced motion are adjustable. Unlocked scenes and settings save on this device; refreshing starts a safe phase one without a partial layout. Every valid arrangement is accepted, without an aesthetic score.
