The first player selects language and 3, 5 or 8 rounds, eight minutes each. Draw from 24 original locations without reuse. One random spy knows no location; others see only their own location and optional role prompt. First dealer is the first player; later the previous spy deals. Ask one person a question; after answering they ask someone else, never the person who just asked them. Each player may pause once per round to accuse. Accused cannot vote; accuser agrees automatically and every other voter must agree. Failed consensus resumes the exact remaining time. At timeout each seat, starting with dealer, gets a final accusation or skip. Suspects may repeat; only after all fail does the spy escape. Spy may reveal and guess only while the clock is running and unexpired, never during voting or after timeout. Spy scores 2 for escape, 4 for an innocent conviction or correct location guess. Locals win by catching the spy or a wrong spy guess: one point each, successful accuser gets two instead. Highest total after all rounds wins; ties share. Original text-room implementation of the unanimous-vote base rules, no voice service.
