Score pairs of tempura, triples of sashimi, dumplings and maki rankings; split tied maki points downward. Wasabi triples the next nigiri. Keep puddings between rounds: most earns 6 at the end, fewest loses 6, except in two-player games. Puddings break a final score tie.
