Our replacement-only casual table references Baijindao. 108 suited tiles. Ordinary wins need a 2/5/8 pair; all-pungs, pure-suit, all-exposed, seven-pair and all-2/5/8 hands allow any pair. All-2/5/8 may win without a standard shape. A starting quad, no 2/5/8, missing suit or two pungs earns at most one automatically verified opening self-draw bonus; hands remain private. Each all-pungs/pure-suit/all-exposed/all-2/5/8/seven-pair hand gives one big unit; seven pairs adds one per quad. Heavenly, first-discard earthly, last-tile win or robbing an added kong adds one unit. Last-tile/robbing bonuses do not waive an ordinary pair restriction. Small win 1 point/share, big win 6/unit; dealer involvement adds 1 per small win/unit. Self-draw: three pay; discard: one pays; multiple winners allowed. Kongs only replace one tile, no dice/double draw, locked hand, floating stakes, birds or separate kong points. Offer the last tile in turn; take and win or discard that tile. Four passes end the deal.
