Bicycle two-player 121, clarified with ACC 2025 mechanics. Ace counts 1, faces 10; Ace is low in runs. Server cuts fairly for the low-card first dealer, redrawing equal rank, then alternates dealer. Deal six each. Pone discards two face down to dealer’s crib, then dealer two. Pone cuts the stock; expose starter, Jack gives dealer 2 immediately. Pone plays first, alternating under a running total of 31. Go only if unable; opponent continues every playable card. When neither can play, last player gets 1 and count resets; their opponent leads. Exactly 31 gives 2 instead of 1. Peg 2 at 15, 2/6/12 for consecutive pairs/triples/quads, longest distinct consecutive-rank suffix for its length in any order; last card below 31 adds 1. Then count pone hand, dealer hand, crib, each with starter, in separate confirmed steps. Every 15 combination and pair scores 2; each longest run combination scores its length. Four-card hand flush 4, five-card flush 5; crib needs five. Hand/crib Jack matching starter suit adds 1. First to reach/exceed 121 wins immediately. Accurate server scoring; no Muggins, physical tournament penalties, skunk match multipliers or cash.
